90-Day Performance & Refund Policy

1. 3-Day Cancellation Period (Required by Law)

You may cancel this agreement within three (3) business days of signing for a full refund of any fees paid, in accordance with federal and state regulations.

2. Performance-Based Policy

Our services are structured to deliver measurable improvements to your credit profile. However, results depend on multiple factors including your credit history, creditor responses, and your participation.

3. 90-Day Performance Guarantee

Clients who meet all program requirements may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• You have completed all required onboarding steps
• You have provided accurate and complete information
• You have followed the personalized action plan
• You have remained responsive to all communication requests

If no measurable improvement is documented within 90 days, you may qualify for a refund as outlined in your service agreement.

4. Definition of Measurable Improvement

Measurable improvement may include, but is not limited to:

• Removal or correction of negative items
• Positive changes in account status
• Improvements in credit profile structure

Note: Credit score increases are not guaranteed and are not the sole measure of progress.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The $149 Credit Strategy & Financial Analysis Session is non-refundable once completed, as the service has been fully delivered.

6. Client Responsibilities

To remain eligible for any performance-based refund, clients must:

• Provide truthful and accurate information
• Upload all required documents in a timely manner
• Follow all recommended steps and guidance
• Maintain communication with our team

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in ineligibility for refunds.
